The staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was easy via text. We were given a choice of a low or high floor. The views were great!

The breakfast (3/24/2022) staff was attentive and sweet. The food was fast and tasty. The T.V. after my Convention (Jordan Peterson) did not work (but, I don't watch it anyway). The Wifi was fine for the cell, but the LapTop could not connect. The Staff that was roaming (shuttle service and general happenstance were 100% excellent). Give them a raise and keep them!! I had an issue at the main Desk and the gals took care of it., but not until some sweet-talking. Does this mean I won't stay at Hilton? No. There are regional issues, sometimes a little sugar works better than indifference.

The facilities were clean and very nice. All the staff from check-in to restaurant/bar - customer service was outstanding. I live in Cedar Rapids but I would definitely stay here again for a little in-town getaway. And I will definitely frequent the restaurant/bar as the bartender was attentive and did a great job. The food at the restaurant was very good (the salmon was a little dry) but overall, flavor, presentation was outstanding.

loved the convenience of the hotel being attached to the event we went to. We were able to avoid the crowds and just go straight to our room. The front fest staff was wonderful and friendly. she was very helpful to us. I will definitely stay here again.

Parking with Skywalk to hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed. And warm chocolate chip cookies!!

Very friendly staff, always said hi as you walked by, even remembered who I was....great customer service!

The location was fantastic, we parked the car and walked everywhere. Perfect central location to everything we wanted to do.

We were hit with a stomach bug so the day we were supposed to arrive we have to cancel. They waived the full charge. Great customer service ❤️
